We're a specialist consultancy trusted by homeowners, developers, builders, and legal professionals to deliver findings that hold up under pressure.

Our work spans building and pest inspections, expert witness reports, Scott Schedules, forensic building investigations, dilapidation reports, structural certifications, and BCA certification and approval of all classes of buildings. We have a strong track record preparing expert reports for NCAT, the Land and Environment Court, District Court, and other court jurisdictions.
